Chief Technology Officer and Commercial Partnership Manager Hires Helps Shore Up ROCK’s Future Growth Plans
ROCK Insurance Group, a leading UK-based insurance intermediary, has appointed three new hires across its technology and commercial insurance teams. The new hires are a timely response to the strong growth the Group has seen within its own direct brands and those of its Affinity partners.
Established in 2001, ROCK Insurance Group provides effective and responsive travel, gadget and commercial insurance products through its own direct brands and that of the brands of its Affinity partners. Today, ROCK is a multi-million pound business that prides itself on its state-of-the-art technology and its deep understanding of the synergies across the travel and insurance market.
Geoff Stanley joins ROCK as Chief Technology Officer. Prior to ROCK, he was CTO of CounterpartyLink, a legal entity data company, where he was responsible for developing some of the financial services industry’s first legal entity data products to help institutions with their regulatory and compliance obligations.
In his new role at ROCK, Geoff will be responsible for providing direction in all technology-related infrastructure, processes and platforms. He brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in product development, technical operations, IT project management and process implementation. In addition, he will help accelerate the innovation and technological change at ROCK. He has a strong background in business and customer engagement, and significant experience in leading IT projects.

ROCK also welcomes Emily Parker as Commercial Partnership Manager. Emily joins following various roles at TUI, a global tourism company, bringing with her extensive experience in strategy planning, product diversification and Affiliate marketing channel programmes.
Also joining the ROCK Commercial team as Commercial Partnership Manager is Tony Dunne. Previously, Tony worked with the Low Cost Travel Group as Head of Trade Sales for the UK and Europe where he was responsible for the UK and European sales team. Tony brings to ROCK a wealth of product strategy experience, keen partnership growth concepts, and a deep knowledge of the tourism industry
