Integration
Rock was one of the first travel insurance businesses to start using XML and we continue to use it today.
However full XML integration is not always the most effective solution, especially for high volume sites where a greater number of XML calls are required. At Rock we provide a tailor made technology package using a mix of flat files, XML and cached data, designed to fit your business requirements.
White Label
Whether you want a simple logo change or a bespoke quote engine to drive your business, we can provide the appropriate technology. A simple re-brand can be provided in less than an hour. A more specific redesign will take a few days, however can provide a travel insurance quote engine that will match your brand identity.

Policy Issue
If you are looking for a more efficient, flexible and cost effective way to issue your travel insurance then our policy issue system may be the right option for you. Whether you are a travel agent, a broker or a business looking to increase profit from the sale of travel insurance, our standalone system will allow you to both view and issue policies and renewals as well as monitor your sales.
Our policy system was developed with our insurers and clients in mind. It allows you to access data and removes the need for Rock Insurance to provide monthly management information or make minor policy amendments that can be made directly by you, the end user.
Renewals
Rock manages the renewal of annual travel insurance policies through our automatic renewal system. This ensures your customers do not have gaps in their cover and that your company is FSA compliant whilst continuing to earn valuable commission.
Reporting
Rock operates a transparent tracking service allowing you to monitor the performance of your travel insurance sales. Full tracking will show visitors, quotes, conversions, number and types of policy plus revenue generated. Files can be viewed either online or downloaded as a .csv file for further analysis or internal reporting.
Our system holds many reports and further bespoke options can be built if you have more specific requirements.
