Customer Sales Adviser in the Call Centre
To provide excellent Customer Service by fulfilling customers’ travel insurance needs. To be able to provide non-advised information on travel insurance in a call centre environment. Dealing with customer and client queries both over the telephone and by e-mail. Selling to daily targets.
