Positions currently available:
Customer Sales Adviser in the Call Centre
To provide excellent Customer Service by fulfilling customers’ travel insurance needs. To be able to provide non-advised information on travel insurance in a call centre environment. Dealing with customer and client queries both over the telephone and by e-mail. Selling to daily targets.
Operations Support Administrator
Functions within the Rock Insurance business. You will be responsible for supporting the sales and Account Management Team. Dealing with contracts, sales opportunities and the more routine mail merge and client enquiries.
